This 175mm nakiri-style chef knife is made 26c3 (spicy white) carbon steel heat treated to 63HRC. The blade has a flat/convex grind and a satin finish.
The blade is fitted to an octagonal wa-style handle made of Makassar ebony, stabilized curly mahogany
