Collection: Henry Hyde Knives
Henry Hyde Knives is the creation of Henry Hyde, a dedicated artisan cutler based in Baltimore, Maryland, who handcrafts exceptional kitchen knives from his Station North Arts District workshop.
Inspired by a culinary career that began in Charleston, South Carolina, Hyde apprenticed under master bladesmith Quintin Middleton in 2018, igniting a passion for forging high-carbon steel blades designed for a lifetime of use. His knives, like the 216mm chef’s with walnut handle, blend functionality with artistic expression, emphasizing durability and sharpness honed on leather strops. Now established and operating from 1215 N Calvert St, he’s built a reputation for the sort of quality tools that elevate cooking into an art form. Keep your eyes peeled in the section below to explore custom orders or his latest drops. Each piece reflects his goal to shift away from disposable goods toward heirloom-worthy craftsmanship.
