Thinning old and damaged knives will generally start at $50, but upwards of $200 depending on the situation. Please send a picture or request toRyan or Zach herefor a proper estimate. Prices depend on how much steel needs to be removed and the estimated time of the job. These restorations will be done mostly with the use of a belt grinder and when it is possible the final edge will be done on stones up to 4k. Any repairs purchased will include repair, thinning, reprofiling and final sharpening, making your knife as good as new.
