Collection: Blenheim Forge Knives

Blenheim Forge, tucked under a railway arch in Peckham, South London, is a small workshop where bladesmiths Jon Warshawsky, James Ross-Harris, and Richard Warner handcraft exceptional Japanese-inspired kitchen knives.
Founded in 2014 after the trio experimented with a backyard forge made from fire bricks and a leaf blower, they’ve since honed their craft using premium Aogami Super carbon steel and locally sourced walnut handles. Their meticulous process, blending traditional techniques with modern metallurgy, produces blades loved by top chefs like Gordon Ramsay and home cooks alike for their sharpness and durability.
From a rough first blade to a thriving business, Blenheim Forge embodies a grassroots passion for knife-making. Each knife, forged and finished by hand, reflects their commitment to quality over mass production.

High-performance kitchen cutlery delivers its best results only when properly maintained. Check out our knife sharpening services for home cooks and professionals alike or our strops and stones section for all of your at home sharpening tools.
