Collection: Kato Knives

Kato Knives are now made by Yoshimi Kato, who apprenticed under his father for over 20 years. Hiroshi Kato was one of the senior blacksmiths at Takefu Knife Village and has been forging blades for nearly 50 years. Kato-san makes knives marked with his own family stamp as well as many of the lines from Masakage Knives and Shibata Knives.
