Collection: Kramer Knives

Kramer Knives are the brainchild of Bob Kramer, an American master bladesmith widely regarded as one of the greatest knife makers of our time. With over 25 years of experience, Kramer hand-forges custom kitchen knives from his workshop, using high-carbon steels like 52100 and stunning Damascus patterns, blending old-world craftsmanship with modern precision.

Known for their scalpel-like sharpness, ergonomic design, and heirloom quality, his original blades—once sparking a decade-long waitlist—now sell at auction for upwards of $30,000. Partnering with Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Kramer also offers production lines like the Carbon 2.0 and Meiji collections, crafted in Seki, Japan, making his signature profiles accessible to a broader audience. Each knife, whether custom or production, reflects his relentless pursuit of the perfect blade, honed from a career that began in restaurant kitchens and a pivotal bladesmithing course in 1992. Oh- and did we mention he's just a really nice guy?
