Standard Sharpening Service

Our Standard Sharpening Service covers the vast majority of kitchen and pocket knives regardless of size. Having sharpened nearly 200,000 knives, our team uses professional grade belt grinders to establish a brand new edge, reinforcing the proper angle that each knife requires. Finishing is done with a soft felt belt, loaded with the highest quality polishing compound. Your knives are guaranteed to shine and slice right out of the package!

We sharpen nearly every major knife brand, regardless of origin, with VERY few exceptions to variety and make. Bread knives and Kitchen Shears are easily sharpened and should be considered in your total count.  

We accept walk-in service 7 days per week at our Union Market location and offer mail in sharpening services as well.
     
     ***Minor repairs for broken tips, small chips and bolster reductions are included in this service***
