Anyone familiar with a Denka knows it is among the sharpest knives in existence. With the thinning is goes from incredible to exceptional. It is now by far the sharpest knife I have ever seen or used. I can't say enough about how awesome this service is!

extremely fast service and knives are in tip-top shape!

I sent in two knives I bought in Japan. When they were new, they were incredibly sharp; sharper than any knife I've had. When they returned from District Cutlerly, they were just as sharp as when new. The service was fast and precise.
Thank you.

Beautiful handle and feel. Finish is as expected from a yoahikane. Sharp out of the box. Joy to use

Beautiful sharp light knife. I use it for everything.

Incredibly appreciative to Dylan not just for the awesome work on the two pocket knives I brought in (sharpening, cleaning, and oiling) but also for the education on the different types of steel used and sharpening techniques. Definitely the place to get incredible work and service.

Great!

I absolutely love this pairing knife. It’s lightweight and does the job. I would highly recommend this knife.

Friendly fast service!

This is my first time purchasing a Japanese knife. It is really awesome knife! I love everything about it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My son had bought the same blade for his mother. I did not feel right about using her knife. Had Her's sharpened and bought one for myself. Have enjoyed using mine since.

Cuts like a laser. Love the Damascus pattern. Overall just an incredible knife.

Wonderful, professional knife sharpening done in a timely manner! Thank you!
Amazing job done on my Kawachi Gyuto! Thanks to all of the District Cutlery team.👍❤️🙏
Thanks Ryan. Much better
