Best bread knife ever!

This is my first Japanese knife and hands-down the best break knife I've ever owned. The price was right and District Cutlery got it to me (out of state) in just a couple of days. The quality of the knife is obvious, both from the feel in your hand and the way it easily cuts through even the crustiest of breads. Highly recommend.
