The MCUSTA brand of knives are hand-made in Seki, Japan, by a small team of skilled craftsmen at the Marusho factory led by our dear friend Tomo Hasegawa. The company was founded by his father over 50 years ago. We like their knives because of their fit and finish is usually flawless.
