We met Tim Rowland of Rowland Cutlery at the 2024 Atlanta Bladeshow and were immediately impressed with his blade grinds. Tim is a retired chef and member of the Georgia Custom Knife Makers Guild. Follow him in IG @rowlandcutlery.
This 150mm santoku-style chef knife is made Sheffcut carbon steel heat treated to 63HRC. The blade has a flat/convex grind and a coffee etch.
The blade is fitted to an octagonal wa-style handle made of curly granadilo & African blackwood ferrule
