We met Tim Rowland of Rowland Cutlery at the 2024 Atlanta Bladeshow and were immediately impressed with his blade grinds. Tim is a retired chef and member of the Georgia Custom Knife Makers Guild. Follow him in IG @rowlandcutlery.
This 6" chef knife is made Nitro-V steel heat treated to 61HRC. The blade has a flat/convex grind and a satin finish.
The blade is fitted to a western style handle made of purple dyed/stabilized mango, black micarta, white g10.
