Nakiri made of hand-forged W2 high carbon steel in octagonal sapele with G10 cap.

Located in Virgina, Jovian Forge blacksmith Andrew Flores was a local DC chef and started making knives in 2020.

This line was forged to District Cutlery's specifications with the finishing grind performed by our head knife-maker Ryan.
