Handmade by our knifemaker Brian Atlas (@atlasknives), this nakiri style chef knife has a very thin blade optimized for precision slicing.
The blade is made of AEBL Swedish stainless steel with a hammered surface texture. 6.5" edge length, 2.25" tall from the heel to the spine. Heat-treated in house to ~61 HRC.
The handle is dyed wood/resin with a mosaic center pin.
