Joshua Fisher is a full time knife maker and Forged In Fire Champion (Season 8, Episode 23, The Sledgehammer Showdown). He started making knives at 22 years old. The idea of being able to take raw materials and make a functional tool that can be used everyday was really appealing to him and has been very fulfilling as a career. This is a petty utility style knife designed for produce and soft-tissue proteins (no bones!).
Blade is made from Nitro-V stainless steel with a crisp wedge grind and safety heel.

Handles are maroon Richlite scales, double-riveted to a full tang with brass pins.
